Join Hana van der Kolk for a 3-hour workshop that will draw from yoga, dance, meditation, community-building exercises, and the Internal Family Systems, and offer participants a tool box of simple practices you can do on your own at home to reduce stress and become more intimate with yourself and connected in the world.
